I would be sure to vacate by the forclosure date. I wouldnt pay anymore rent till I had something in writing from the attorney. It might take longer, or could be sooner. I am in Arizona, not sure about legalities in the state of Florida. If you want free legal advice, I can tell u how to get it ? Most lawyers will charge u to even talk to u about this. So, call a paralegal. Tell them your situation, and say u were thinking of hiring them to give u the paperwork needed to file a motion to stay in the house. Just play dumb, they will give u advice without knowing what they are doing. Been there done that. But, if it was me! I would just move. U will have to sooner or later anyway. If u start looking now, u can find something u like. If u wait, u might not have the time to be picky. Hope I helped the kitty?

Stop paying your landlord he cant evict you because he is no longer the owner of the property, the bank is. Save the months rent to use towards your next housing. you also do not need to give him notice its not his property...

Give him 30 days notice and move. You have to go anyway. The sheriff will come and throw you out at the end of the four months if you are not gone. Why are you paying the landlord pocket money?
