Legal Age Lease Orlando Florida **NEED HELP**?

I want to rent a house in orlando florida and am 19 years of age… do i have to be 21 to sign the lease or is it just over 18
its a 12 month lease

    I would ask to see their bylaws. I think you can rent if you are 18 or over but they may have specific regulations concerning age.
