Create a video blog…instantly.
Dr. Phillips/Sand Lake area is great and has good schools and near the theme parks. Windemere or Hunters Creek area is also a good area. Don’t get an apartment around Orange Blossom Trail area, or off of Colonial Drive. Depending where you work, there are good areas. I always say go to the police department or Orlando Sentinel Paper and check on police reports and mark them on a map showing break-ins, burglary, etc. This will show you what a realtor might not share.

Try Hunters Creek area. I take it that your husband all ready has a job lined up. If you gave us the area, we might be able to give better suggestions.
Crime in Orlando has gotten high and as the other poster mentions, there are bad areas along Orange Blossom Trail (known as “OBT” to locals)

Don’t live in the downtown area live in the suburbs near the theme parks anywhere in like a 30 mile radius.
