A two BR house with swimming pool to rent is prolly going to be around $900-$1300/month. Me and my boyfriend rented a 4/2 house and it was $950/month but no swimming pool and needed upgraded badly. So it depends really on the location first, the upgrades and the pool…cause most of the time they keep it up for you.
Florida is expensive to live in…I cant wait to get back to Ohio where Im from. My 2/2 apt is $759/month…rediculous for one with no upgrades and crappy maintenance. But Good Luck…just deff if you can look around first before jumping into anything.
