Ok well i know this neighborhood called solana. The only problem is that its not in orlando but its in davenport which is in polk county. that’s about 10-15 min away from disney. Its where you can rent houses. I know about it from family members staying their. really nice place and gated. you get to it right off I-4. well for tickets just buy the disney park hopper ticket and for the other theme parks buy the flex ticket.

Buy your tickets there, you don’t want to get scammed.
Check out this site for rentals.

I don’t know if they have houses for that many people or not, but you might like to look at this website:

I have stayed with groups of around 12 before and fit comfortably into their houses. I highly recommend them.

For tickets – for Universal and Islands of Adventure, I would suggest you purchase ahead of time from their website. They always have good deals going. For Disney, there are a LOT of scams out there. Be careful. I would not recommend buying from anybody except either Disney or an authorized dealer, such as AAA or

I would suggest buying ahead of time, though, just to avoid waiting in lines.

    Check out Homeaway and VRBO

You can click to select the number of bedrooms or the number that the house sleeps.

Look in the Kissimmee / Davenport / Clermont areas

Lots of the bigger houses have 2 King master suites and if you don’t want to have someone on a pull out or sofa bed you could even look for 2 houses next door to eachother.

Also, times are hard in the Orlando rental market so you should be able to negotiate a good discount.

I’ve compiled a list of good web sites and good resorts at

From my own research, I think Windsor Hills has the best location and amenities. That said, you can get better prices if you stay further away.

As far as tickets are concerned check out my other post at They are an authorized Disney reseller and are completely legit. The prices are slightly lower but really add up for a big group. Also, if you add the water park option you can go to Disney Quest and the water parks. This can turn a 5 day ticket into 10 days worth of activities!
