Most Realtor’s in larger cities have a good selection of rental properties available. There is a fee built into the monthly rent, but over all it’s worth the cost to get a good rental property. Just simply call several Realtor’s in the area and see what’s available. Also, you can save yourself a lot of time if tell them what your budget is, and exactly what you are looking for, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, in town, out in the country, etc.

I would be sure to vacate by the forclosure date. I wouldnt pay anymore rent till I had something in writing from the attorney. It might take longer, or could be sooner. You can search the owner’s name online at your county’s clerk of courts website to see if he has a pending foreclosure action. You should check his name, plus the name of the corporation he uses to rent to you.

Don’t live in the downtown area live in the suburbs near the theme parks anywhere in like a 30 mile radius.

Ok… well I live in Orlando Florida and you really aren’t giving much information as to the location. I went online and found Full Sail University address and it’s located in Winter Park Florida.

Winter Park has some good areas and some bad…just like any other city.

You need to start searching in that area first since it’s going to be in the vicinity of the University. It all depends on how much you are willing to spend on a month to month basis.

I would start by getting an apartment guide you can go online and look for apartments in the vicinity of Winter Park and find out how many rooms and what the monthly rent is.
